Those of you who follow my works may probably have noticed that most of my photos are taken contre-jour. Yes, I enjoy contre-jour photography, as I believe that such photos come out more emotional, interesting and extraordinary than diffuse light ones. In this tutorial, I’ll use a case study to show you how to work with a model contre-jour using an ordinary reflector. You’ll see it’s not rocket science. You just need a bit of practice and understanding of what to do and how to do it. I hope this tutorial will inspire you for new contre-jour experiments!
