I like to lie on a comfortable mattress in between training sessions and be inspired by my photos. After all, the best motivator is me. I want to work on myself even more, when I see my body transform.

The punching bag gym is my special kind of relaxation. There I perform exercises to warm up the muscles with a rope and dumbbells. And also I work out the technique of blows on a punching bag. So, I splash out all my negative emotions. My left hand has no equal. Would you like to have a look?

What a thrill it is to freshen up under a contrast shower and give yourself a facial massage or body scrub after a productive workout. I'm sure you'd like to join in and lather my back. You know, I won't mind.

The massage room is a special pleasure for me. It is so delightful to feel the gradual relaxation of the body after an intense workout. The most pleasant massage is with oils. Especially when it is combined with scented candles. It excites my imagination so much.
