A Queen
You see, a woman resembles a queen to me. In order to achieve success, a woman has to think like a queen. The queen is not afraid to fail; she keeps moving forward and is not distracted by nonsense; she keeps quiet. I believe I succeeded to convey this idea through depicting the model as a lead engineer.
